My name is Ed Parent and I'm known as the Toymaker of Maine, I've been designing, making, marketing and selling my wooden toys for over 25 years. I retired in 1979 after serving 25 years with the US Army.
In 1984 I opened a toy & gift shop in the Bar Harbor area of Maine, which my wife and I operated for 21 years. Presently, my wife Bonny and I have an online catalog of my products and other products from local artisans. We put pride in our products, offering only U.S.A. made products for sale. I'm looking forward to being your Maine Toymaker and having you as our friends and valued customers. To place an order, give us a call at 207-862-4211 or print and mail our order form.
In the making of our toys we stress safety, durability and lots of room for imagination. These toys are designed to be passed down and in time will become a generational toy. Should repairing be needed, little effort will be required to put it back into play. These toys have been made with LOVE and CARE and should be a part of your family for many years. Hearing the stories of play will be the highlight of your life and others.
Thank you.
